This set of 6 training baseballs includes full grain leather covers and raised seams, as well as a training program. The concept behind using weighted balls for training is known as Overload Training, which many players believe can increase velocity when using a standard game ball. Similar to other types of weight training, this program gradually strengthens the arm by using progressively heavier balls.
